ㅤㅤb. Client grants to the Artist non-exclusive rights to observe and replicate Client's own character
ㅤㅤdesign and reference material for the use of the work.
ㅤㅤc. Client warrants that the character design and reference material provided to the Artist are legally
ㅤㅤobtained and authorised for use by the Client.
ㅤㅤd. Client warrants that they have the authority to enter this agreement, be the point of contact and is
ㅤㅤsolely responsible for the decisions and approval during the process.
ㅤㅤe. Artist defines scope of work, features, price, deliverables and other details for the project in a
ㅤㅤproposal format according to their discretion which may include private message through Discord,
ㅤㅤTwitter or E-Mail. The details set forth by the Artist shall be agreed upon before work begins...ㅤ2. CONTENT RESTRICTIONSㅤ..
ㅤㅤa. Artist will not create content that is explicit, offensive or inappropriate.
ㅤㅤb. Specific restrictions include but are not limited to Shotacon, Lolicon, Mecha, Real People, Gender
ㅤㅤIdentities or Cultures that the Artist may not be able to portray accurately. More in depth does and

ㅤㅤa. Turnover period may vary unless specified by Client.
ㅤㅤb. Timeline depends on commission type, complexiy and workload.
ㅤㅤc. Final deliverables are provided via Google Drive, Discord or similar file transfer platforms.
ㅤㅤd. Should there be any delays or adjustment to timeline, Artist will inform the Client.
ㅤㅤe. Clients have the right to request refunds 3 months after deadlines if work has not been delivered
ㅤㅤand there was no agreed upon amendment to the timeline. ..ㅤ4. REVISION(S)ㅤ..
ㅤㅤa. 2 revisions are allowed during sketch phase, 1 during the flat coloring phase.
ㅤㅤb. After shading, only minor revisions are allowed.
ㅤㅤc. Additional charges for excessive revisions will apply thereafter.

ㅤㅤa. Artist Rights
ㅤㅤㅤㅤi. The Artist retains copyright, ownership, redistribution and intellectual property rights. This includes but is not
ㅤㅤㅤㅤlimited to display, advertising, print, work in progress on websites, social media, portfolios, public broadcasts
ㅤㅤㅤㅤchannels and more.
ㅤㅤb. Client Rights
ㅤㅤㅤㅤi. Clients receive exclusive, non-transferable usage rights to the work for personal use unless commercial rights
ㅤㅤㅤㅤhave been discussed.
ㅤㅤㅤㅤii. Personal use includes: displays on social media accounts for promotional purposes with no direct
ㅤㅤㅤㅤmonetization, such as profile pictures, banners, and posts.
ㅤㅤㅤㅤiii. Client must not claim work as their own and must credit Artist using their social tag/username/link at the
ㅤㅤㅤㅤinstance of display of the work OR permanently on their
ㅤㅤㅤㅤwebsites, social media profiles, broadcast channels
ㅤㅤㅤㅤand so on.
ㅤㅤㅤㅤiv. Client must not edit or modify work in any way without prior permission from the Artist.
ㅤㅤc. Commercial Rights
ㅤㅤㅤㅤi. Commercial usage rights are not included unless specified in the commission type or listing on the Artist's
ㅤㅤㅤㅤwebsites, or as agreed upon.
ㅤㅤㅤㅤii. Commercial rights means usage of work on streams, videos and other content, or monetized instances. This
ㅤㅤㅤㅤincludes reselling work to another party as a part of any product/merch.
ㅤㅤㅤㅤiii. Usage of work for AI tools,
ㅤㅤㅤㅤplatforms, programs, machine learning, blockchain, NFTs or other for-profit platforms/purposes, is STRICTLY
ㅤㅤㅤㅤPROHIBITED. You will be blacklisted bruh...ㅤ4. PAYMENTS & FEESㅤ..
ㅤㅤa. Client pays 50% as a down payment before work starts. the final half shall be paid when the finished product has
ㅤㅤbeen handed over.
ㅤㅤb. Invoices, proposals or payment link will be sent to the Client when the Artist is ready to begin work. Clients must
ㅤㅤnot send money before these requests for payment from the Artist.
ㅤㅤc. Invoices must be paid within 1 week, unless discussed prior, or the project may be cancelled.
ㅤㅤd. Prices are in USD and paid via Stripe or PayPal, or methods as provided by Artist.
ㅤㅤe. Once work has begun or payments have been made, the Client acknowledges work and deliverables are digital
ㅤㅤand there are no physically shipped goods to receive.
ㅤㅤf. Client warrants they will not issue chargebacks and the refund policy mentioned, will be followed.
